On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, who said:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say, “O Allah! Rectify my religion for me, for it is my protection. Rectify my worldly matters for me, for my livelihood is there. Rectify my Hereafter for me, for it is my destination. Increase life for me in every goodness, and make death an escape for me from every evil.”
