This week I discuss a question about Hadra and Sufism, and close with a reading of The Thirteen Letter of Fifteen Letters by Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani which concerns the significance of the Quranic verse, “Allah is the Light of the heavens and earth” (24:35).
