God is strongest support who will never let us down (Quran 2:256). This Psalm is a song of confidence in God, as a refuge and shelter. This would have been sung and prayed by people enduring sickness and death, and by their loved ones. These comforting words refer to a contented life when we keep close to God, even when going through difficulties.
