In the UK if you started fasting on 30 June, Eid al Fitr should be on Wednesday, 30 July. If you started on the 29 June, Eid will be on Tuesday, 29 July. People in the Americas might be celebrating Eid as early as Monday, if they started fasting on the 27 June.
As for reports of the moon’s sighting before then, no need to over react! 🙂

THERE WERE THE DAYS , MORE THAN 72 YEARS BACK , WE WENT TO THE COUNTRY SIDE AND THE ATMOSPHERE WERE CLEAN, SKY BRIGHT BLUE AND WHEN THE CRESCENT MOON APPEARED IT WAS CRYSTEL CLEAR . TODAY I HAVENT SEEN A NEW MOON UNTIL IT IS THREE FOUR DAYS OLD , LIKE A POOR MANS LAMP GIVING FAINT YELLOWISH LIGHT .
TIME OF SAHER WAS VERY CLEAR THEN , THE SUBH KAZIB ROLLING INTO SUBH E SADIQ AND THEN THE SUNRISE . TODAY THE ATMOSPHERE IS ALWAYS SO POLLUTED , THE WHOLE SKY ILLUMINATED WITH ARTIFICIAL BULB LIGHT , YOU NEVER GET AN IDEA , WHEN IS THE NIGHT AND WHEN IT IS GOING TO ROLL, FORTUNATELY TODAY THERE ARE CHARTS , VERY ACCURATELY MADE AND THE WATCHES CLOCKS , PRECISE TO THE VERY SECOND . WHICH WILL TELL YOU ACCURATELY THE TIME OF SEHER, THE TIME OF AFTAR AND WHEN AT WHAT PRECISE MOMENT CRESCENT WILL APPEAR . IT DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER YOU CAN SEE IT OR NOT , SO WHERE ONE IS AND WHENVER THE EID OCCURS , IT IS MUBARAK TO EVERY ONE .
