Reading from Muhammad ﷺ The Messenger of Islam, His Life and Prophecy, by Hajjah Amina Adil, we remember and reflect upon the Hijra migration of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his companions to Medina and the great courage, loyalty, and devotion of Imam Ali, on whom be peace.

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the early Muslims suffered tremendously at the hands of their enemies simply for believing in God and the prophethood of Muhammad ﷺ. Yet they stood by what they believed and made incredible sacrifices in order to live by their beliefs and pass them on to future generations. We will forever be in the debt.

Allahumma salli ala sayyidina Muhammadin wa ala ali sayyidina Muhammadin wa barik wa sallim.
