I’m deeply concerned about the frightful situation in Syria. Nevertheless I do not believe racing into yet another war is the answer.

Wars are easy to start, but incredibly difficult to finish. Then there’s the rebuilding afterwards. Are Iraq and Afghanistan really in any better shape after years of conflict? The consequences of which all are still feeling…

Wars are extremely unpredictable; no one knows what direction they will take, or how other nations will react. Irrespective what analysts predict.

War certainly is never something to be taken lightly… Armed conflict will always result in tremendous loss of life and others ruined; both of combatants and those caught in the cross fire.

I strongly urge all those pushing for war to think again…
